In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with 60win.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the 60win platform.

To be eligible to register and use 60win's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 60win reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Be a person who is legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• Not appearing on the platform's ban list or having voluntarily excluded yourself through 60win's self-exclusion programme.
• Not registering on behalf of any company or business entity — 60win accounts are for personal, individual use only.
• No prior involvement in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or game manipulation on any platform.

60win reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without prior notice if any of these eligibility requirements are found to be unmet. Any winnings obtained by ineligible accounts may be forfeited.

The 60win account registration process is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you must:

All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. 60win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit traced to an account that does not match the member's name will be returned, and a transaction fee may apply.

Withdrawals from your 60win account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 60win account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are fulfilled.

• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are typically expressed as deposit+bonus multiple (e.g., 20x means you are required to wager the deposit+bonus amount 20 times).
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in the respective offer. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the member except under circumstances permitted by 60win.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed for more than 12 hours, or left incomplete, the wager will generally be refunded to your account balance.
• 60win reserves the right to void or adjust odds in the event of a clear technical error in odds-setting — affected members will be notified and funds refunded.
• Bets placed after a match has started will be treated as in-play/live bets and are subject to separate in-play rules.
• The minimum bet limit is RM5 and maximum limits vary by match type and market. Limits may be adjusted at 60win's discretion.

• Any attempt to use third-party software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

• Any taxes or duties levied on your winnings under Malaysian law — these are solely the member's responsibility.

Under no circumstances shall 60win's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

60win respects the privacy of all members and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Information you provide during registration and use of the platform is used to:
